By using Hanso Store or placing an order through it, you agree to these terms.

Accurate and complete information must be provided when ordering. We reserve the right to contact you to confirm an order, and to refuse or cancel any order containing incorrect information or suspected misuse.

All prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds. The shipping fees shown at checkout are added. The payment method currently available is cash on delivery, unless other methods are shown at checkout.

We work to display product information and images accurately. There may be slight differences in colours due to differences between screens. Product availability depends on stock, and we may cancel an unavailable product and notify the customer.

An order cancellation may be requested before fulfilment or shipping. Returns and exchanges are subject to the return policy published on the store.

The store or its content must not be used for any unlawful activity or for attempts to harm the website or the rights of others.

We may update these terms when necessary, and the version published at the time of use of the store applies.
