The recipe is almost ready, the pan is hot and then somebody remembers the garlic—usually at the exact moment when there is no time for careful chopping.
The XD-80 Garlic Press provides a simple manual way to crush suitable garlic cloves directly into sauces, marinades, soups and everyday home-cooked meals. Place the garlic inside the chamber, close the ergonomic handles and press with controlled pressure.
Its stainless steel construction gives the tool a practical kitchen-ready design, while the approximately 16 × 4 cm size fits conveniently inside many utensil drawers and organisers. No large machine is needed, and there is no need to turn one garlic clove into a complete food-processor operation.
For easier pressing, use fresh cloves in an appropriate size and avoid overfilling the chamber. Do not force the handles if the garlic is too large or unusually hard; remove it, reduce the quantity and try again.
Clean the chamber and small pressing holes shortly after use before the garlic residue dries. Rinse thoroughly, use a small cleaning brush when necessary and dry the press completely before returning it to the drawer.
Add the XD-80 to your kitchen tools and let fresh garlic reach the pan with less chopping, less mess and considerably fewer garlic-scented fingertips.
